I love being outdoors with the sun in my face and the wind blowing through my hair. But spending time in the sun increases early aging and can damage skin. In the worst-case scenario, it can cause skin cancers. That’s why I only use the best sunscreen for sensitive skin!

I live in Sydney; Australia where the temperature ranges from mild to very hot. In summer, it’s common for temperatures to exceed 35 °C (95 °F). On hot summer days I love spending time at the beach with family and friends.

Sydney-siders have are taught that it’s best to limit the time spent in the sun. This is especially true when the sun’s rays are the strongest which is between 10 am and 2 pm.  The best protection when out-doors is to wear protective clothing such as a long-sleeved shirt, broad brimmed hat, long pants and don’t forget the sunglasses.

However, adhering to the above protective measures isn’t always possible. I have sensitive facial skin that is prone to acne. Because of my outdoor lifestyle and my facial sensitive skin, it’s advisable for me to use the best sunscreen for sensitive for skin on a daily basis!
