On observation, you’ll find that your slim friend eats fewer fatty foods than you do. Instead she’ll eat healthy foods that help her lose abdominal fat! She will eat smaller portions, and she won’t indulge in eating excessive amounts of sugary snacks.

You’ll find that slim people tend to chew their food carefully and eat slowly. When you chew your food and eat slowly, you give your stomach time to signal your brain that it is full. This way you don’t up overeating when you actually aren’t hungry.

You’ll also notice that your slim friend tends to move around a lot. She probably stands up and paces when talking on the phone. Your slim friend perhaps takes the stairs instead of the elevator.
